Changes to Handling of non-200 Webhook Responses

June 20, 2022
Update
As part of our ongoing efforts to maintain the performance and efficiency of our platform, we will be making changes to the handling of error responses from webhooks.
Webhooks that return a non-200 response code may be flagged as a failing webhook. When this occurs, a warning email notification will be sent to administrators, however, webhooks will continue to be triggered for a 72-hour grace period.
After 72 hours, webhooks will automatically be deactivated, unless re-enabled by an administrator in the dashboard.

Re-trigger Operations When Datapoints Update

Identities that receive updated datapoints will re-trigger operations that are run during the initial verification. This includes Automated Threshold checks and Watchlist checks, if these are enabled.

Email notifications can be configured from the Customization Settings in the dashboard:

Launched Ongoing Monitoring

November 24, 2021

The AML watchlist feature is now available with two sub components Transactional Screening and Ongoing Monitoring. Ongoing monitoring is an important step towards 360° compliance to provide continuous intelligence for our customers.
The Ongoing Monitoring feature allows you to monitor AML Profiles 24/7 ensuring all updates are accessible to you as soon as they become available. Once Ongoing Monitoring is enabled, all new Identities with an AML Profile and a status of pending or accepted, will be actively monitored every 24 hours (UK - GMT+1).
You can find more information about Ongoing Monitoring in our docs.
You can find older updates on our deprecated releases page.
